Survivor Fan Characters 8: The Midway Island (SFC8), is the eighth season of Survivor Fan Characters. This season features two tribes of eight that changed at various intervals due to the Midway Island twist. It premiered on April 14, 2011. It ended with Melanie Aensland winning in a 5-2-0 vote.

Twists/ChangesEdit

• Midway Island: The Midway Island is the major twist this season, and has two purposes:
  • Mutiny: Before the merge, the Midway Island was where a contestant could mutiny from one tribe to another, as many times as they want, but only before an immunity challenge took place.
  • Vote Nullifier: After the merge, the Midway Island allowed contestants to nullify one player's ability to vote at Tribal Council for a round, but each contestant could only use it once.
• Outcasts Twist: On Day 25, as a consequence of finding the post-merge hidden immunity idol, the nine remaining contestants all had to vote one of the first seven eliminated contestants back into the game.
